PRAGMATA Influencer Kit
Capcom’s stellar year continues, with yet another launch supported by Fluid’s packaging team who continue to raise the bar with relentlessly innovative and unique influencer kits.
PRAGMATA stands apart as one of the industry’s most intriguing new IPs - an atmospheric sci-fi experience defined by advanced technology, AI systems, uncertainty and survival. To celebrate the launch of the game, Fluid was tasked with the creation of 120 ultra-exclusive influencer kits for global press and creators.
Dubbed “one of the most insane kits ever created”, the project was designed not just as a vehicle for launch collateral, but as a fully immersive physical extension of the game world itself, blurring the line between influencer kit and theatrical unboxing experience.
Our strategic pillars were innovation, intrigue and interaction. The project was conceived as a highly engineered artefact extracted directly from the game world, leaning into the game’s themes of advanced technology, controlled information, material transformation and survival.
The unboxing experience was built around progressive discovery and AI-led interaction. Every reveal was carefully staged to create tension and curiosity, with layered “Secret Box” structures, concealed compartments and futuristic instructional graphics guiding recipients through the experience like an overseeing AI system.
Balancing sci-fi precision with moments of warmth and humanity, the kit reflects the relationship between protagonists Hugh and Diana. Lighting, motion mechanics, tactile materials and engineered reveals all work together to create a kit that feels native to the game’s lunar research setting.
Crucially, the experience was designed with longevity in mind. Rather than disposable campaign collateral, the kit functions as a lasting collectible object, encouraging continued usage, display and content creation long after launch.
The kit is centred around a striking LED display case, housed within a foldout “Secret Box” bellyband featuring campaign artwork and informational graphics. Conceived as if originating directly from the game’s lunar research station, the display case combines illuminated acrylic, engineered movement and futuristic detailing to create an immediate sense of intrigue.
At the heart of the experience sits an automated tray mechanism, delivering the content within a precision acrylic fitment illuminated by integrated LED lighting. The fitment’s removable magnetic lid panel resembles a spacecraft control interface, concealing additional layers of content beneath.
Within, recipients discover a curated mix of collectible artefacts and creative tools inspired directly by the game world. These include ultra-premium Copic marker pens referencing Diana’s illustrations, futuristic sealed mylar sleeves containing sticker sheets, and a set of collectible bag charms and keychains featuring varied material finishes and glow-in-the-dark details.
Beneath the primary fitment, further hidden content is revealed through another “Secret Box” layer, including a USB-powered LED desk light depicting Diana and Hugh standing on the moon - transforming the kit into a permanent display piece for creators and press.
A programmable digital device, magnetically attached to the case lid, extends the experience even further. Activated by recipients during unboxing, the device plays a bespoke slideshow introducing the game’s protagonists and personalised edition details. Crucially, the device can later be reprogrammed by recipients for their own use, ensuring the kit remains functional beyond launch.
Throughout the experience, every detail was engineered to reinforce immersion, from lighting design and material selection through to tactile finishes, concealed reveals and layered interaction systems. The result is an influencer kit that feels less like packaging, and more like classified technology recovered directly from the world of PRAGMATA.
Conceived and produced under an ultra-compressed schedule, the final kit became an immediate talking point across creators, press and social media - already being hailed online as “one of the most insane kits ever created.”
